The DIY recruitment Toolkit was created from our observations on the challenges hiring managers consistently experienced.

So strong was our belief that Hiring Managers were missing vital recruitment knowledge and skills ultimately costing their businesses dearly, we set about creating a user friendly powerful knowledge base tool kit that any hiring manager can pick up and run with.

It took 18 months to create – so we recognise first hand why many companies cannot afford to do this. The good news is we’ve done the hard yards for you!

There will be a few recruitment agencies unhappy with such a service, but we see room for both in the market. Recruiters will do a much better job in meeting clients expectations if a client has given a well thought out brief and has clearer expectations of why the position exists and outcomes desired. Having a stronger understanding of how to recruit, will ultimately gain better long term results for everyone including the new employee.
